Blind and Shutter Fitter

Established in 1986, we are proud to be a family owned and run business for over 37 years. Due to our continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Fitter in a full-time capacity. Our Fitters are dedicated professionals that are passionate about the quality of their finished work and delivering a fantastic customer experience. They love being part of a dedicated team and play a great part in creating a fantastic customer experience. The role consists of Installing our range of products: educating our customers in the safe use, care, and maintenance of their products: servicing products in our customer’s homes: collecting and handling payments for completed installations: generating customer leads where possible, based on customer interaction and referrals.

Candidate requirements

Ability to work in a customer’s home within a specific geographical area. The confidence to connect with our customers, naturally being able to discuss our products with them leaving our customers with a positive impression of the company. Ability to work with enthusiasm & professionalism within the industry safety standards. Full UK driving license is essential. Preferred but not essential previous experience in fitting window blinds. Working hours Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm. Excellent salary for the right candidate.

Our requirements are as follows – Ability to fit bespoke made to measure blinds, and plantation shutters. To provide an excellent level of customer service. Previous experience of working with power tools and variety of ‘fixing’ materials. • Good sound working knowledge of Health & Safety, Confident in providing on-site advice, A problem solver, ability to work alone, a team player and ability to work to specific timescales.
